The moment you’ve been waiting for is here — it’s time to schedule your child’s yearbook portrait with Art Rich Photography! We are thrilled to be the official contracted photographer for your school, and we can’t wait to capture this special moment for your child’s yearbook!

Don’t wait too long – spots are limited! To make sure your child’s photo is included in the yearbook and to meet the school’s deadline, all sessions must be completed by mid-September.

• Extended Sessions Available with Minimum Order: For those who want a more personalized experience, we still offer extended sessions for a complete portrait experience!
• Mini Sessions with No Minimum Order: These quick and easy sessions are perfect for families on the go. No minimum order means you can get the yearbook photo you need without the extra commitment.
• Guaranteed Yearbook Photo: As the school’s official photographer, we make sure every photo is submitted directly to the school on time. You won’t have to worry about missing the deadline or submitting the wrong photo.
• Flexible Scheduling: We offer several session options to fit your schedule. Make sure to double-check your work, vacation, and sports commitments before booking — we don’t want you to miss your slot!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Strict deadlines: Missing deadlines may result in late fees. To avoid this, please keep your scheduled appointment.
• Only Art Rich Photography’s photos can be used in the yearbook. Photos taken by other companies will not be accepted.
• Payment: Payment is due on the day of your session. We accept cash, money orders, and credit cards. We do not accept online payments.
• Dress code: Students must adhere to the school dress code. Photographers are not responsible for hair or clothing.

HOW IT WORKS & WHAT TO DO NEXT:

• Decide what kind of session you want – an extended session or mini session.
• If you want to book our popular extended session, call our studio to book!
• If you want to take advantage of our discounted Mini Sessions in May and June, call our studio to book!
• If you want to book a mini session for July, August or September, find your school name below and find the date and time that works best for you.  Remember the earlier the better!
